Alejandra (“Ale”) Gonzalez comes to Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP with a diverse background of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale, joint venture, and project finance. Her practice focuses on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, as well as resort and hotel acquisition, disposition, development and management. Before joining Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP, Gonzalez practiced as an associate at Bracewell LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and served as Corporate Counsel at an apparel company.

Gonzalez received her B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin. She received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law and as a board member of the Chicano/Hispanic/Latino Law Students’ Association. She is a member of the California and Texas State Bar Associations.
