Carsten Kohrs is a partner at Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP with experience in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing and joint ventures involving commercial, residential and retail properties, including offices, apartment complexes, condominiums and hotels. In addition to real estate professionals, Kohrs advises on real estate and business matters for clients in a wide variety of industries, including record labels, tech companies and restauranteurs.

Kohrs has built his legal career as an associate attorney at ISY, taking on a key role in all aspects of client matters. In addition to general real estate transactions, he has gained extensive experience with hospitality matters, including advising on hotel management agreements, restaurant license agreements, charitable endeavors and operational matters of all types.

Kohrs received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
