Prior to joining Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP, Lamden worked as a legal clerk in a boutique real estate law firm and in the real estate department of a multi-billion-dollar retail company, gaining experience in development, purchase and sale, and commercial leasing transactions.

Lamden received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as the Executive Manager of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and as the Treasurer of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under the Law.
