Rebecca Lamden is a partner at Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP whose practice focuses on hospitality and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP, Lamden worked in the real estate legal department of a multi-billion-dollar retail company, gaining experience in development, purchase and sale, and commercial leasing transactions.

Lamden’s practice has evolved to concentrate on all aspects of hospitality law, representing hotel owners and management companies across a broad range of matters. She regularly negotiates and structures hotel management agreements, retail and restaurant leases, franchise agreements, restaurant licensing agreements, staffing agreements, food and beverage agreements, spa and wellness arrangements and group and event agreements. Lamden has expertise in advising owners and managers on the allocation of risk and drafting and advising on corporate and property-level operational contracts at every level of hotel operations.

Lamden received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She is a member of the California State Bar.
